The City of Vernon Green Vernon Commission (GVC), formerly the Sustainable Development and Energy Efficiency Commission (SDEEC), meets quarterly in March, June, September, and December on the third Wednesday at 3:30 p.m. in the Council Chamber located at Vernon City Hall.
