The City of Vernon's public utilities are committed to offering the most competitive electric rates possible, often lower than neighboring cities, while providing the highest levels of reliability to our customers. Our goal is to achieve the lowest electric rates by 2030. 

Using Large Commercial/Industrial as our benchmark rate comparison, Vernon’s TOU-Vt rate is lower than neighboring utilities throughout California including Riverside, SCE, Burbank, IID, LADWP, Glendale, Pasadena and Colton.
