The City of Vernon is happy to provide this on-line employee comment/suggestion box as a result of your fellow co-worker’s suggestion. The on-line comment/suggestion box provides the City an opportunity to elicit and collect open and anonymous comments, suggestions or inquiries from employees with completely private options.

Employees should follow these guidelines:

• Please be clear and concise.
• Please do not reflect negatively on any individual and personal names should not be used.
• Entries should be well thought out and presented in a positive and professional manner.
• When problems are outlined in a suggestion, please include your recommendation for resolution.
• Names are not required.

Please do not use the employee on-line box to file complaints of harassment or hostile work environment. Please refer these concerns directly to your Department Head or Human Resources Director for proper handling.
