- Report Traffic Sign down or missing: (Stop sign, Do Not Enter, Yield, Hazard signs, One Way, No Right/Left Turn, Keep Right)
- Traffic and pedestrian signal outage and malfunction
- Street lights out at an intersection
- Debris in roadway
- Tree blocking roadway or sidewalk
- Manhole cover missing
- Severe sidewalk, curb, and gutter damage
- Street flooding or plugged catch basin
- Hazardous waste spills
- Sewer backup, overflow, odor, vermin
- Water line break
- Drainage problems
Non-Emergency City Service
Please use our online form to place a Non-Emergency City Service Request. Examples include potholes, graffiti removal, code violations, etc.
To report graffiti, you may also use Vernon’s Graffiti Hotline. Either call or text the hotline at 323-522-2310 to indicate the location of graffiti, which will notify Public Works staff immediately. Crews will be dispatched to address your removal request within 72 hours.
If you spot graffiti in an area outside of Vernon city limits, please contact the appropriate agency to report it:
- To report graffiti in County unincorporated areas, call the 24/7 Graffiti Hotline at (800) 675-4357 (HELP), submit a Request for Graffiti Removal, or download "The Works" app to your smart phone
- To report graffiti on freeways, create a Cal-Trans Service Request
- To report graffiti in the City of Los Angeles, dial 311, email 311@lacity.org, or download their MyLA311 app
