The public library shall be managed by a board designated as the Board of Library Trustees, consisting of the five members of the City Council.  The Board meets the first Tuesday in June of each year.

The public is encouraged to view the agenda and meeting at CityofVernon.org/publicmeetings. You may address the Board in the Council Chambers, via mail or email to PublicComment@cityofvernonca.gov, include the meeting date and item number in the subject line (mail and/or email must be received at least two hours prior to the start of the meeting).
