The City of Vernon Halloween Spooktacular is scheduled for Tuesday, October 29, from 5:00pm-8:00pm on the City Hall Lawn. Guests will be treated to In-n-Out burgers (while supplies last), raffle prizes, family activities, trick-or-treating, and a Halloween maze.
