Jack Cline, Chair
With 35 years in the commercial real estate industry, Jack R. Cline, Jr., currently serves as Senior Vice President of Lee & Associates® specializing in industrial, land and investment brokerage. Jack is recognized as one of the top commercial brokers in the Southern California area and has earned this recognition through a strong commitment to the local market area and work ethic comparable to none.
He has executed sales/leasebacks, leased investments, landlord and tenant representation assignments, land developments, build-to-suits, redevelopment agency work, eminent domain action defenses, foreclosure sales, short sales, bankruptcy sales, and partnership partitions. Jack has developed a strong working knowledge of environmental, legal, and tax matters affecting real property disposition. He has extensive knowledge and experience working with specialized industries from textile, food processing, transportation, and logistics and has worked with most of the local Class B and C industrial property investors. In February 1996, Jack, along with two others, founded the Lee & Associates® office in the City of Commerce and co-managed the office for 5 years, overseeing the office's growth from a startup to a market leader in terms of transaction volume, number of brokers, and square feet listed.
Jack has professional affiliations with AIR Commercial Real Estate Association and the Los Angeles Realty Board. He serves on the Board of Directors for Los Angeles County Development Commission dba Business Finance Center, AltaMed Foundation, Realhound, S3 Consulting LLC, and Lee & Associates – Commerce/Industry, Inc.
Jimmy Andreoli II, Vice-Chair
Jimmy Andreoli II is the Assistant Vice President, Public Relations and Legislative Affairs, and Corporate Procurement for Baker Commodities, Inc., a family owned and operated company that has been in operation since 1937. His responsibilities include overseeing legislative issues around the country for Baker, including within the City of Vernon. Mr. Andreoli has been at Baker for over 15 years.
Mr. Andreoli was recognized as the Environmental Remediation Professional of the Year by Who's Who in America in 2013. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Friends of the Children's Museum at La Habra, a non-profit dedicated to the museum and the children it serves. He also founded Search Dogs 24/7 and serves as the President of the non-profit organization which provides trained search and rescue K9 teams to local agencies within the Southwest United States, at no cost to the public.
Mr. Andreoli attended and graduated from the University of Southern California where he attained a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Psychology and the Law. Fight on!
Navdeep (Duncan) Sachdeva, Commisioner
Duncan Sachdeva is the vice president at Singh Group of Companies with operations ranging from retail, wholesale & international trade in industries such as Apparel & Fashion, General Merchandise, and Food Service Equipment.
At his current position, his responsibilities include managing client accounts, and assisting in growth of overall firm. He develops, implements and executes target-oriented business plans and goal-specific campaign strategies that demonstrate his company's creative approach and offers unique strategies tailored to the needs of the client.
He specializes in increasing operational efficiencies, acquiring new business leads, implementing corporate compliance, limiting legal exposure, and international trade & CBP compliance. He has extensive experience in financial reporting, cost analysis, payroll, cashflow, budgeting and developing systems for financial control and processes. He is also highly experienced in developing and implementing efficient workflow solutions in complex databases such as Accounting & Inventory management systems.
Mr. Sachdeva attended and graduated from California State University, Los Angeles with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration, Accounting and minors in Economics.

Currently a General Manager for the Los Angeles Junction Railway, Mr. Faust has fifteen years of experience working in an industrial environment. Mr. Faust is interested in building and maintaining strong positive relationships and business ties in the community, while also seeking beneficial growth for all.
Robert Wendoll, Commissioner
Robert Wendoll is the Director of Environmental Affairs for Dunn-Edwards Corporation, in Los Angeles. Mr. Wendoll is on the California Paint Council Steering Committee and has participated in the Community Air Quality Task Force of the Economic Development Corporation of Los Angeles County, the California Integrated Waste Management Board's Paint Recycling Task Force, and U.S. EPA's Architectural Coatings Regulatory Negotiation Committee.
John Baca, Commissioner
John Baca is an Assistant Business Manager for the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Local #47 and represents employees at municipal owned and privately owned utilities, including Vernon Public Utilities, Petrelli Electric, and Anaheim, Riverside, Colton and Banning. Mr. Baca retired from the City of Anaheim after 26 years of service as a Line Crew Supervisor overseeing the high voltage crews assigned to work on power lines. Before Anaheim, Mr. Baca worked in the City of Vernon as a journeyman lineman for the utility contractor at the time. He also worked for outside construction contractors for a period of about two years as a journeyman lineman. Mr. Baca began his career as a Testman for meters at Southern California Edison, moving onto the shop and test side before transitioning onto the work in the field eventually becoming a journeyman lineman in 1986. As a representative of IBEW Local #47, Mr. Baca helped defeat disincorporation efforts against the City of Vernon and remains committed to help ensure the future success of the City.
